Troubleshooting
Problem
From the Map Editor, customer launches the Map Test function, but it immediately pops up an error message box.
Symptom
'A Java 1.7 Runtime Environment must be installed to use this function, but one could not be found.
Please install a Java 1.7 Runtime Environment and retry this operation.'
Customer opens a CMD session window and executes:
java -version
The command returns the following to the stdout in the window:
java version "1.7.0_76"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment
... 64-bit Server VM (build 24.76-b04, mixed-mode)
