Sterling B2B Integrator: Dashboard user interface Administration menu does not display correctly

Troubleshooting


Problem

When logging into the Dashboard user interface, none of the Administration menu options appear.
The page is partially blank with none of the links to any of the menus.

Symptom

The ui log contains the following exception:
[2023-12-12 16:51:45.49] ERRORDTL [1702396305489]java.lang.NullPointerException
        at com.sterlingcommerce.woodstock.ui.TreeMenu.doXML(TreeMenu.java:155)
        at com.sterlingcommerce.woodstock.ui.TreeMenu.<init>(TreeMenu.java:78)
        at com.sterlingcommerce.woodstock.ui.UIGlobals.<clinit>(UIGlobals.java:535)
