IBM brand Intelligent Water Family IBM Work Optimization for Water Utilities Version 1.0.0

Status types

Status types describe the status of a work order. For examplecompleted held or dispatched.

The status types comma-separated value file defines thework order status codes to be used by IBM? Work Optimization for Water Utilities. The file mustbe named status.csv.

Each line in the CSVfile needs to be in the following format:
Status_typeDescription
Where:
  • Status_type is a short form for a defined status. Status_type canbe up to 20 characters in length.
  • Description is a description of the definedstatus type. Description can be up to 80 charactersin length.

If a value contains non-alphanumeric charactersfor example spaces or symbols the value must be enclosed in quotationmarks. Otherwise surrounding values with quotation marks is optional.Values cannot include double or single quotation marks. All valuesmust be separated by commas.

Thefollowing status types are defined as samples in IBM Work Optimization for Water Utilities:

These values can be customized two ways:
  • When IBM Work Optimization for Water Utilities isinitially installed all sample values can be replaced with valuesmatching the input that will be used in the production system.
  • If additional values are required these values can be added.
