Status change for a Service Request when the follow up Work Order is changing the status

Troubleshooting

Problem

When changing the status of a follow up Work Order to INPGR status, the respective Service Request will also change the status to INPGR.

Symptom

The originating Service Request will be changed to INPRG from a follow-up work order if the Service Request is not already in status INPRG or if the Service Request does not have its own Actual Start Date.
