Problem

After the IBM Rational Team Concert (RTC) Eclipse client is started and loaded, an error "An internal error occurred during: "Computing local changes. java.lang.IllegalStateException" is displayed in a window.

Symptom

'Computing local changes' has encountered a problem. An internal error occurred during: "Computing local changes". java.lang.IllegalStateException
