Troubleshooting
Problem
User authenticates to the Controller on Cloud website. The 'Controller' Citrix published application correctly appears. User then clicks on that icon, and the application appears to start loading OK. However, after a few seconds, it seems to get stuck saying "Please wait for the Local Session Manager" for a long time. After approximately 1 minute, this message disappears, and the Controller application never appears.
Symptom
After clicking on 'Controller' icon, the user first receives this 'Business Use Notice' screen:

After clicking 'OK' to the above message, the user sees the following message:
- Starting...
Less information
Please wait for the Local Session Manager
However, the message does not change (from saying "Please wait for the Local Session Manager"). Eventually (after approximately 1 minute), this message disappears, but the Controller application does not appear.
