'Standard Error - mscorlib - Exception has been thrown by the target of an invocation - at C1.C1Preview.Render' when importing from CSV flat files

Troubleshooting


Problem

User clicks 'Transfer - External Data - Import from Flat Files'. User chooses import specification, and browses for the text file (CSV file) to import. User clicks to import. User receives an error message. Only *some* users are affected - some users can successfully import the *same* CSV file using the *same* import specification without any problems.
