"Standard Error ... 91 ... ControllerReports ... Object reference not set to an instance of an object" when running a report (F9) a second time

Troubleshooting


Problem

User opens a report. User clicks F9 to run the report. This works OK. The same user then presses F9 again (to run the same report a second time). An error appears. Depending on the environment, the problem/error may only appear for certain periods.
