"Standard Error ... 5 ... ORA-01741: illegal zero-length identifier" when running Excel report using Optimise2

Troubleshooting


Problem

User opens Excel spreadsheet (XLS/XLSX file). User clicks F9 (to run the report). The message (at the bottom-left corner) says "Analysing Sheet". Soon afterwards, this changes to "Calling RunReport". Immediately the user receives an error message.
