Troubleshooting

Problem

User receives error messages when using functions 'Data Entry', 'Journals', 'GL import', 'Import of data' and 'Browse data (when changes are saved)' inside Controller. Example #1: User clicks "Company" - "Data Entry - Company Journals". User makes some entries and clicks 'save'. User receives error message. Example #2: User tries to export data from Excel, using fExpVal formula, or import data from a flat file (csv). Example #3: Company / Data Entry – Reported Values, when trying to save data. .
