"Standard Error ... 13 ... Unable to cast COM object of type 'System.__ComObject' to interface type 'Excel.Worksheet'" when user refreshes Excel Link report using F10

Troubleshooting


Problem

User opens spreadsheet (XLS/XLSX file). User logs into Controller Excel link. User presses F10 (to refresh the sheet). An error appears. The error message prevents the report from refreshing, however, after closing the message box it may be possible to run a successful refresh.
