SSO/FIMO integration problem with Microsoft Windows 7

Problem

Using FileNet Workplace XT FIMO/SSO integration fails at the login stage. When opening any Office product clicking on the add-in tab for FIMO it results in a login button instead of it automatically using Windows credentials to log into the P8 domain. Also, SSO is not working with FileNet Enterprise Manager with Windows 7 Professional. When selecting (under the Domain Configuration the option "Use integrated) login and clicking Connect at the logon window, a FileNet Enterprise Manager error shows. If you deselect the option for integrated login and enter the domain credentials, login works. This problem does not occur on Windows XP or Windows Vista.

Symptom

Unable to use Singe Sign-On (SSO) with Windows 7. Following error is received:

"An unexpected exception was detected. WSE594:InitializeSecurityContext call failed with the following error message: WSE595: Failed to convert the error code 317"
