Problem
ssh_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host
Symptom
ssh_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host
Couldn't read packet: Connection reset by peer
Cause
Some Connect:Direct changes had been made, and was in the process of restarting Sterling Connect:Enterprise for UNIX DMZ Daemon. Brought up the sshftp daemon using the Connect:Direct user ID.
Resolving The Problem
Bring up the SSHFTPD using an authorized user ID.
