SSH Connection to a VT100 Session through Functional Test Extension

Troubleshooting

Problem

The Secure Shell (SSH) is a set of protocols. It implements secure sessions over a non-secure network. With IBM® Rational® Functional Tester Extension for Terminal-based Applications (FTE), you can record and playback functional test scripts over an SSH connection. This document treats the connection parameters. First it describes the basic connection settings, then the advanced settings. At the end you find an example of a connection file. This file is an example of a file with the connections settings, to connect under SSH.
