Problem
When publishing using the options DIRECT=TRUE, PARALLEL=TRUE you get an error message SQL*Loader-951: Error calling once/load initialization
Symptom
Unable to Bulk Load the data.
Error found in output.
SQL*Loader-951:Error calling once/load initialization
If you look at the output file it states insufficient privileges. If you look at the cmd file you can see which user is trying to run the command for SQL Loader.
