SQL3324N Error when creating nickname using Federation Server ODBC wrapper for remote Oracle Rdb table

Problem

When creating nickname using ODBC wrapper via 'Oracle ODBC driver for Rdb' for remote Oracle Rdb table will receive type not recognized errors like following: DB21034E The command was processed as an SQL statement because it was not a valid Command Line Processor command. During SQL processing it returned: SQL3324N Column "" has a type of "CHAR" which is not recognized.

Symptom

db2 create nickname ASSETS for LMSRDB.LMSTrade32.ASSETS

DB21034E The command was processed as an SQL statement because it was
not avalid Command Line Processor command. During SQL processing it
returned:SQL3324N Column "TABLE_TYPE" has a type of "CHAR" which is not
recognized.
