Problem
An SQL30082N RC=24 might occur when connecting to the database with the command line processor if the password contains special characters.
> db2 connect to sample user testuser using 123$4567
SQL30082N Security processing failed with reason "24" ("USERNAME AND/OR
PASSWORD INVALID"). SQLSTATE=08001
The SQL30082N error might also occur with other commands that require a user ID and password input, such as the db2move command.
