Problem
When creating a nickname for Microsoft SQL Server data source, SQL1822N with error code IM002 is returned.
Symptom
SQL1822N Unexpected error code "IM002" or "08S01" received from data source "MYSQLSERVER". Associated text and tokens are "Data source name not found and no default driver specified". SQLSTATE=560BD
