Troubleshooting
Problem
Users that are part of the group defined in the SYSADM_GROUP database manager configuration parameter have implicit database connect privilege. If group membership caching is enabled in the operating system, the list of groups reported by the operating system to Db2 might not be up to date, resulting in an SQL1060N error due to the lack of CONNECT privilege.
db2 connect to <databae> user <username> using <password>
SQL1060N User "..." does not have the CONNECT privilege.
