Problem
SQL0551N error message when calling a stored procedure on DB2 for z/OS from DB2 Connect after binding db2clist.bnd
Symptom
After binding the db2clist.bnd to DB2 for z/OS (which is contained within db2cli.lst & ddcsmvs.lst), calling stored procedures now fail with an SQL0551N error message stating that the user does not have appropriate privileges required to call the stored procedure.
