SQL0551 returned calling SYSPROC.ADMIN_MOVE_TABLE for unknown userid

Troubleshooting

Problem

When calling DB2's stored procedure SYSPROC.ADMIN_MOVE_TABLE, an authorization error is returned for a different userid.

Symptom

When calling DB2's stored procedure SYSPROC.ADMIN_MOVE_TABLE, an unknown userid is returned. For example we connect to the DB2 database using userid DB2INST1, but a SQL0551 (-551) authorization error is returned for DB2INST5 for the "CREATE TABLE" operation is returned for the tablespace SYSTOOLSPACE.
