Problem
This technotes provides a resolution for a Microsoft® SQL SERVER error, which can occur when trying to add an attachment to an IBM® Rational® ClearQuest® user database.
Symptom
The following error can occur in Microsoft SQL SERVER, when the database is running out of space:
'Could not allocate space for object 'attachments_blob' in database 'XXX' because the 'PRIMARY' filegroup is full.'
