The maximum number of parameters has been increased for User Defined Functions (UDF) and User Defined Table Functions (UDTF).
For UDTFs, the return columns are considered parameters.
With this extension of the function parameter limits, SQL users will be able to construct more complex UDFs and UDTFs.
