Purchasing and Support Options
IBM and Red Hat have collaborated to make the Spyre software stack available on IBM Power11-based servers. IBM recommends purchasing all components and support through IBM for a seamless experience. However, customers may choose to purchase Red Hat AI Inference Server and RHEL licenses directly from Red Hat.
Important Note: If components are purchased from Red Hat, support responsibilities may be split between IBM and Red Hat. Customers may be redirected to the appropriate support organization depending on the nature of the issue.

How to Contact Support
-Hardware Issues - POWER systems with IBM Spyre AI Accelerators - Open a case against the machine type/model to receive Expert Care tier purchased response objectives . If uncertain the issue is hardware or software, opening an IBM support case under the product name Spyre for Power (triaged by Spyre single point of entry team) is always an option.
- Software Issues: Open a case under the product name Spyre for Power. IBM’s single point of entry team will triage and route the case to the appropriate software component.
If you purchased Red Hat AI Inference Server or RHEL directly from Red Hat and the issue is clearly related to those products, please contact Red Hat support. IBM may redirect you to Red Hat if the issue falls outside IBM’s scope, and vice versa.
