Problem
SPSS changes Measurement without operation. This phenomenon happens when I do the following operation. 1) Import Excel data into SPSS. 2) Confirm that the measurement level of numerical data is displayed with Scale on SPSS. 3) Run a procedure (Frequencies, Descriptives, Chart, etc.). 4) After running the analysis, SPSS changes some variables from Scale to Categorical on its own. Why does SPSS change the level of measurement?
