Problem
Configuration for Sybase backup using Spectrum Protect API fails when setting Sybase password
Symptom
You may see the following error when the Sybase set password command fails:
HOSTNAME:/sybase/your/path/in # ./sybtsmpasswd
*** Could not open TSM library /opt/tivoli/tsm/client/api/bin64/libAPITSM64.so
