How to use Spectrum MPI command line options to pass environment variable

Spectrum MPI will propagate specific environment variable to each rank when '-x' option been used.
1. Use -x in command.
For example: $mpirun -x ENV1 -x ENV2 ...
2, User can assign envs a specific value in command as well:
For example: $. mpirun -x ENV1=”Y” -x ENV2=”Z”...
