Problem
Spectrum Control upgrade fails when file TPC-R_Database_Schema.xml is not found.
Symptom
While upgrading Spectrum Control, the installation program stopped and reported that a failure occurred during the upgrade of Replication Server. The Replication server and subsequent components were not upgraded.
BPCIN0108E An error occurred during the upgrade of the Replication server.
