Specific user is unable to launch Datacap Desktop from specific workstation

Troubleshooting


Problem

  • User is unable to launch Datacap Desktop from particular workstation. When user click on Dcdesktop icon, it spins for a split second and then nothing happens. No error is displayed or recorded in TMS logs.
  • Same user is able to launch Datacap Desktop from other workstations

Symptom

Below error observed in Event Viewer logs:
