Problem

Error: when invoking a task on an endpoint.

Cause

Receiving the following error:
spawn_impl, could not spawn method as user tmersrvd

Resolving The Problem

There were several reasons that accounted for this at this particular customer site:

1. The Endpoint was created with NT Terminal Server (not supported) and the
TivoliAP.dll did not get put down in c:\winnt\system32 but down in a
subdirectory under another administrator. Copying the tivoliap.dll into
c:\winnt\system32 and rebooting fixed that one.

2. Found that the 'logon locally' had been removed from
the local tmersrvd account. Evidently, even if the local tmersrvd account
is disabled, this 'logon locally' still has to be there.

3. One of them we couldn't figure out at all what had been changed since
the endpoint had logged in, so we ran ntconfig.exe, and then it was working
also.
