Troubleshooting
Problem
There are public Esri ArcGIS Geocoders available for use. However, sometimes projects require the use of a lighter, limited Geocoder where the effort is on reducing the amount of information returned from the Geocoder to Maximo.
In this scenario, the configuration could consider not to add the answer to the info? query to the Geocoder. However this encounters an Error 404: not round in the logs.
Symptom
The Web Tool Console would show an error:
Error 404: Not Found The geocoder has not been changed
