Software installation, usage and defect (fix) telephone support, for most software running on xSeries products, is provided through the IBM Operational Support Services Support Line offering at 800-426-7378 in the United States or at 800-426-7378 in Canada.

A Support Line contract can be purchased hourly, annually or in a block of incidents, depending on your location.
