Resolving The Problem
Problem: The SNDDST TYPE(*FILE) command fails with message MCH2804 F/#SOMOD T/QOSIFSPC if the file is larger than 16MB.
Solution: This is a restriction of SNDDST TYPE(*FILE) if the CPYTOPCD and SNDDST TYPE(*DOC) commands are used. This is working as designed.
With file sizes larger than 16MB other options to consider would be to use the SNDSMTPEMM, CPYTOPCD, or the SNDDST TYPE(*DOC) commands.
