Resolving The Problem
Use the below steps to resolve this error.
- Verify that the ONTAP version is 8.1.1 or higher
- Verify that Tivoli Storage Manager client is running version 6.4 or higher.
- Verify that httpd.admin.enable option. Telnet to the NetApp machine and run :
vfiler run <vfiler> options
- Set the httpd.admin.enable option to on. Telnet to the NetApp machine and run :
vfiler run <vfiler> options httpd.admin.enable on
Note:
It has been reported that connecting to the VFiler using SSH and running the "options" command does not list the " httpd.admin.enable" option. Instead, telnet to the NetApp machine and run the vfiler commands above.
