Troubleshooting
Problem
A SMC cluster administrator has observed one of the participated clusters is not responding.
Symptom
Symptoms are :
- "smcadmin cluster view" command reports the cluster status 'error' as below :
Status : error IBM Spectrum Symphony
Version : 7.1
Last Heartbeat : 2018-01-18 12:24:11
Error Details : Domain <SOAM>: The proxy of the silo cluster <grid-Earth> may not be running, or the network connection between the silo cluster and IBM Spectrum Symphony (MultiCluster) cannot be established.
- "smcadmin app listplacement" command shows no apps workload placement.
