SmartCloud Control Desk applets fail to load because of Java plugin specification

Troubleshooting


Problem

When the “Enable the next-generation Java Plugin-in” check box in the Java Control Panel is not selected on a system's control panel, SmartCloud Control Desk applets stop working in some environments.

Symptom

Applets do not load, and you receive the following warning message:

If you click More Information, the following General Exception details are displayed:
