Problem
ANR9999D_3135024599 CsWaitForInitialization message during server startup
Symptom
Tivoli Storage Manager server takes a long time to initialize and certain commands or processes may run slowly after initialization.
Cause
Problem initializing one or more of the server components.
Diagnosing The Problem
Trace the server startup with the following trace flags:
PVR MMS NA ADMCMD ADDMSG DBCLI DBCONN DBDBG DBITXN DBRC
The Windows system and application event logs should also be reviewed for problems.
Resolving The Problem
The trace and logs will need to be reviewed to determine what resource is unavailable. This issue has been seen when disk resources or remote shares are not available to the host system.
