Troubleshooting
Problem
User simply opens an Excel spreadsheet (.XLS) file, but does not log into Controller. User uses the mouse or cursor keys to scroll around the sheet. There is a noticeable delay during this scrolling.
Symptom
Slow/delay when scrolling up/down left/right in Excel spreadsheet.
