Problem
Users may find that SiteProtector Database updates fail with "IssApp is not a valid user in database msdb"?
Symptom
When a SiteProtector Database update is applied, it can fail with the following error:
Installation of update failed. Error: The XPU failed to install. [ID=0xc7420020]
