Performing functions when JavaScript is disabled

This document describes how to manually perform certain tasks, which are normally automated, when JavaScript is disabled in your Web browser.

Navigation

Selecting a product in navigation

  1. Select a Family, then click Go.
    Note: You can click Continue at any time after selecting a family. Filling in all the details will ensure that you are only given documents for your specific system.
  2. Select the Machine type (or, for the Options brand, select the Subcategory), then click Go.
  3. Select the Model (or, for the Options brand, select the Option marketing part number), then click Go.
    Note: For more information, refer to Finding my product number (machine type/model or part number) and serial number.
  4. If you wish to filter the document by Operating System, make a selection in the Operating system drop-down, then click Go.
  5. Click Continue to view a list of all documents for that product.
    Note: Not all products support all document types. If no documents are available the following message will be displayed:
    "No documents found. Please select another document type."
  6. If necessary, refine the list of documents displayed by selecting a category from the Refine results drop-down list.
  7. Click the document that you want to view from the list provided.
