Steps to replicate:

- Go to - System Configuration - Platform Configuration - Database
Configuration - Access the LOCATIONS object - click on the Attributes
tab - Click on new Row - Add a new Attribute called ISPLOCATION - ALN
datatype - Length of 8 - Search type of WILDCARD. Save - Turn on Admin
Mode - Apply Configuration Changes - Turn Off Admin Mode.

- Go to - System Configuration - Platform Configuration - Application
Designer - Access the LOCATION application - Add the ISPLOCATION
attribute to the Location tab and the serachmore dialog box. Click on
Select Action - Add/Modify Signature Options - add a new Sig option
called ISPLOCATION. Save. Sign out and Sign back into Maximo.

- Go to - Security Security Groups - Access the MAXADMIN group - click
on Applications - Filter for Locations - find the ISPLOCATION option and
grant Access.

- Go to System Configuration - Platform Configuration - Application
Designer - Access the LOCATION application - Add the Signature Option
to the ISPLOCATION attribute on the Locations tab and to the ISPLOCATION
attribute in the searchmore dialog box. Save - Sign out - Sign back
into Maximo.

- Go to the Locations Application - Click on the Locations tab. The
ISPLOCATION attribute will be on the screen. Click on the List tab -
Click on Advanced Search - the ISPLOCATION attribute will not be
viewable.

Currently, an enhancement request has been submitted for review within a future major Maximo release.
