SFTP Client Begin Session Fails with com.maverick.ssh.SshException: The host key was not accepted
Symptom
SFTP client connects to the remote server but fails when presenting the known host key during the intial authentication process.
Error Message
SFTP Client Begin Session Adapter fails with Advanced Status: Cannot authenticate
