Setting Space Permissions in Blueworks Live
Steps
Setting space permissions defines what the participants in your space can do.
To set space permissions, first you have to access your space, then click Users.
It displays the space permissions are of your space.
You can set the following permissions:
- Blueprint Processes - Enables users to create process diagrams
- Automate Processes - Enables users to create process apps
- Compose Decisions - Enables users to create decision trees
- Author Policies - Enables users to create policies within activity boxes
- Manage and Edit Space - It is the permission you need to be a space manager. It enables a user to manage all aspects of the space from archiving process diagrams to deleting users in the space.
Check the Inherit the Same List as in the parent space box to inherit all permissions from the parent space if it is a child space.
