Setting a custom primary proxy address

Question & Answer

Question

Users can configure more than one email address to the Active Directory user. Additional email addresses are known as proxy addresses. While creating a Mailbox-enabled user, Exchange sets the default primary proxy address even if erADEAutoGenEmailAddrs (Auto Generate Email Address) attribute is set to false. How can users set a custom primary proxy address?
