About this task

To set up the Average Rate Calculator follow these steps.

Procedure

  1. Click Edit Account > Step 1: Profile.The Set Up Organization page opens.
  2. Select Rating Configuration andclick View/Set Up. The Edit Rating Configurationpage opens:
    • In the Rating section Uses Rating mustbe set to Yes. You must use the rating systemin Sterling TMS tocalculate average rates.
    • In the Average Rate section the Uses Average RateCalculator must be set to Yes.
  3. Define your average rate configuration.
  4. When you are finished setting up your rating configurationclick Save.
