Setting up Android 4.2 Emulator
Open Eclipse. Go to Window menu and click Android SDK Manager
Note : If Android SDK Manager is not visible under Window menu, then Go to Window > Customize Perspective. Dialog box opens.
Go to Command Groups Availability tab and check Android SDK and AVD Manager .
Android SDK Manager and Android Virtual Device Manager will now appears under Window menu . Click Android SDK Manager.
From the Packages tab install necessary packages.
Go to Tools tab and click Manage AVD
AVD Manager will open.
Click New to create Virtual Device with below settings
Click OK.
Virtual Device will get added to Android Virtual Device Manager.
To start the emulator select the virtual device click Start
