Service will not start; "Event Log entry "... is not a valid Win32 application"
If there is an error message in the Windows Event Log : "%1 is not a valid Win32 application" where %1 is the name of a Tealeaf service check: Control Panel --> Administrative Tools --> Services.? See if the named service is registered as a service in that list.? If so check the Registry as follows and if necessary adjust the Registry entries for Tealeaf services by adding quotation marks around the path to the executables.
This problem may occur if the ImagePath Value Name for the service contains a space and the value is not encapsulated in quote marks.

Solution
- Use the Registry editor to navigate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\<ServiceName>.
- Double-click the ImagePath Value Name and encapsulate the string in quotation (" ") marks.
- Press OK.
- Save changes.
- Exit the Registry Editor.
