The Server has encountered an unknown error processing the request.

Troubleshooting


Problem

The services are all applying ok, we are able to add Visualizations to the Visualizer server. We are also able to publish Visualizations to Upfront. We are able to initially run the Visualizations from both the Visualizer TOC as well as Upfront. But when we try to do anything like clicking on an action to launch a viewpoint, clicking on the filter icon, clicking to navigate to another sheet, basically clicking on almost anything will bring up one of the following errors.

Symptom

"message file read error, message id is 1205."

the server has encountered an unknown error processing the request.
Please contact the visualizer administrator.

or

A Runtime Error has occurred.
