Problem
This technote explains why users are unable to login when using the IBM® Rational® ClearCase® Web interface (CCWeb) after upgrading the Web server.
Symptom
After upgrading the Web Server from ClearCase 2003.06.15 to ClearCase 7.0.1_iFix02 "standard" users cannot access the Web Interface of ClearCase. Only the Admin Account can log on (account is local admin on WebServer and member of ClearCase group).
Logging in with "standard" user credentials causes the following error:
