Problem

User launches Cognos Connection (http://servername/cognos8). User clicks 'Consolidate my Financial Information'. User receives error message.

Symptom

Server Error in Application "DEFAULT WEB SITE/COGNOS8"
HTTP Error 403.14 - Forbidden
The Web server is configured to not list the contents of this directory.
